5. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

 


  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is included

Items returned outside these conditions may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.

7. Exchange Process

If you ordered the wrong size or want a different colour, email us at ghostracewear@gmail.com with your order number and request. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and confirm stock availability.

 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our end.


8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

 

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or credit.

 

10. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. For any changes prior to shipping, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee cancellations after the order is placed.
